Hoppe Manual Four Roller Top Extension, 41-1/8" (1045mm)

This is the top section of a Hoppe HLS9000 four roller lock strip. It carries the drive bar up the door to two more adjustable rollers. Measure your old faceplate from the bottom end to the top end, then compare it with the overall length in the Notes.

A roller is an adjustable cam, not a fixed bolt. It rides into a keeper on the jamb and a hex wrench turns it in or out to set how hard the door pulls against the weatherseal. The four roller strip carries two on the bottom gear and two on the top extension, which is two more locking points than the two roller version and, just as usefully, two more places to take up a door that has moved.

Manual operation. Lifting the handle throws every locking point on the strip at once; the key throws the deadbolt separately.
