Ashland Hardware Systems Door Locks, Handles and Parts
Ashland built locks, handle sets and hinges for doors from Marvin, Jeld-Wen, PGT, Milgard and many other makers. Open the door, look at the edge and the handles, and pick the page for the part you need.
- If a lock with rods hidden in the door, or an XP-25 Sentinel, has stopped working, open Ashland Multipoint Door Hardware.
- If the door edge shows one lock case and nothing above or below it, open Ashland Single Point Locks.
- If you need handles, open Ashland Door Handle Sets and match the plate shape and size.
- If the door has dropped or rubs the frame, open Ashland Adjustable Hinges for the V200 and V400.
- If you need a strike, a shootbolt tip, a spindle or a key cylinder, open Ashland Door Parts.

About Ashland Hardware Systems
Ashland Hardware Systems, based in Irving, Texas, made window and door hardware for door and window makers. AmesburyTruth bought Ashland in 2018 and still sells the XP-25 Sentinel lock and the Ashland handle series under Ashland's numbers.
Doors That Used Ashland Hardware
You will find Ashland locks, handle sets and hinges on doors from these makers:

- Cantera doors
- CGI doors
- Delta doors
- Jeld-Wen doors
- Marvin doors
- Milgard doors
- Peachtree doors

A door maker can change hardware suppliers between door lines and years, so match the hardware you have rather than the name on the door.

Which Ashland Lock Do You Have?
Open the door and look at the edge.
- A short plate at the handle, with bolts that shoot into the head and sill from rods hidden inside the door, is an Ashland concealed lock.
- A center deadbolt with separate top and bottom shootbolt extensions, on a 2-3/8 inch backset, is the XP-25 Sentinel.
- One lock case at the handle with nothing above or below it is the single point lock.
On a concealed lock, measure the backset (60mm or 70mm) and check the standoff, the spacer between the case and its mounting plate. A short standoff measures 3/8 inch and a long one 1 inch.
Every Ashland lock carries the same patent stamp, so the stamp tells you the lock is Ashland and nothing more. Check the backset, standoff and rod thread against the listing before you order.
Before Ordering
- Photograph the door edge with the door open.
- Measure the backset and note whether the lock sits on the panel you open or the one you leave shut.
- On a concealed lock, check the standoff and the thread of your shootbolt rods.
- For handles, measure the plate and the door thickness.
- For hinges, note whether yours are handed V200s or square V400s.
