Interlock Assa Abloy Replacement Door Hardware
Interlock locks and handle sets came on aluminum and vinyl swing doors. Measure from the middle of the lever to the middle of the key, 85mm or 92mm, then pick the page for the part you need.
- If the lock in the door edge has stopped working, open Interlock Multipoint Locks.
- If the door edge shows one lock case and nothing above or below it, open Interlock Single Point Locks.
- If you need handles, open Interlock Door Handle Sets for the Aria, Summit and Verona.

About Interlock
Stuart Young and Ron Davis founded Interlock in New Zealand in 1961, and ASSA ABLOY bought the company in 2001. In the US, Interlock USA is now part of ASSA ABLOY Fenestration, which still uses the Interlock name for its swing door, patio door and window hardware.
Interlock Parts We Carry
- Interlock Multipoint Locks has lever compression locks in 30mm, 35mm, 40mm and 50mm backsets, all 85mm from lever to key but one at 92mm, and the Optimum lock with its long throw deadbolt.
- Interlock Single Point Locks has the 30mm stainless steel single point lock.
- For handles, Interlock Door Handle Sets carries the Aria, Summit and Verona sets, all 85mm from lever to key.
Which Interlock Do You Have?
- Measure from the center of the lever to the center of the key. Most Interlock locks read 85mm (3-11/32 inches), and some read 92mm (3-5/8 inches).
- Measure the backset, from the door edge to the center of the spindle.
- Measure the length of the faceplate on the door edge.
- If lifting the lever throws the bolts and pulls the door tight against its seal, you have a lever compression lock.
You can tell the handle sets apart by look. The Aria has narrow straight plates and straight levers, the Summit has levers that taper and curve down, and the Verona has plates with rounded ends and levers that curve back toward the door.
Before Ordering
- Measure from lever to key: 85mm or 92mm.
- Measure the backset and the faceplate length.
- Photograph the lock on the door edge and both faces of the handles.
- Note whether bolts go into the head and sill or the lock works at the handle only.
