G-U Rhinobolt Hook Lock, 55mm Backset, American Cylinder

This is the Rhinobolt for an American cylinder, the sort with a tailpiece. Look into the cylinder hole on your old lock: a metal insert with a slot across it means American and this fits. A plain figure-eight opening means euro, and you want the GU-854-10853 instead, which is the same 55mm backset.

Two tempered steel hooks bite upward into the keeps when you lift the handle, along with the deadbolt. Manual throughout, and the key sits below the handle as it does across this range.

Handle height is 889mm, 35 inches, as standard here rather than fully adjustable, though extensions take it up to 1041mm if the door needs it.

Gear with both hooks. The top shootbolt GU-854-14551 and the bottom GU-854-14549 are separate.
