The inactive door of your pair still needs working levers and a way to lock it from inside. This Munchen set gives it both in matte black.

An inactive set goes on the second door of a pair that locks with a Hoppe HLS9000 multipoint gear. The inside plate carries a 90 degree thumbturn, the outside plate has no keyhole, and both levers work.

You will recognize the Munchen by a lever that dips near the plate and sweeps out to a curled tip, here on a plate with scalloped ends.
