Hoppe Munchen M112PL/216N Fixed Dummy Handle Set in Brushed Chrome

Push down on a fixed dummy lever and it stays put. This Munchen set in brushed chrome goes on a door that never opens from its handle.

Neither lever turns and neither plate has a cylinder hole, so the set works as a pull handle. Most dummy sets go on the inactive door of a pair held shut by Hoppe mortise flush bolts.

You will recognize the Munchen by a lever that dips near the plate and sweeps out to a curled tip, here on a narrow plate with straight sides and rounded ends.
