Hoppe Munchen M112PL/374N Active Handle Set in Pure White

If a locksmith has told you the lock is sound but the handles are worn, you can replace just the Munchen set and get a new key cylinder in pure white with it.

It fits Hoppe HLS9000 multipoint locks, which put a euro profile key cylinder below the lever. You get both levers and plates, the spindle and screws, and the key cylinder, which a locksmith can key to match the Schlage locks on your other doors.

You will recognize the Munchen by a lever that dips near the plate and sweeps out to a curled tip, here on a plate with scalloped ends.
