Pull your old cylinder and measure from the center of the cam to each end. If you read 45.5mm on the thumbturn side and 45.5mm on the key side, this satin nickel cylinder replaces it.

You turn the crescent knob on the inside and the key on the outside. If your door has one of Hoppe's key operated locks with no handle, you need a 360 degree cylinder instead.
