G-U Rhinobolt Hook Lock, 35mm Backset, American Cylinder

Two tempered steel hooks swing out and grab upward into the keeps. That upward bite is the point of the Rhino: a straight bolt can be levered, a hook pulling up against the frame cannot, and it holds a tall panel flat at the same time.

Lift the handle and both hooks engage along with the deadbolt. Manual, so nothing happens on its own when the door closes.

American cylinder, sitting below the handle as it does across the Rhinobolt range. The euro cylinder version at this backset is GU-854-12375.

35mm backset, the shallowest in the range, measured from the door edge to the center of the spindle hole. Handle height is adjustable on this one rather than fixed, which is useful when you are replacing a lock whose handle sat somewhere awkward.

What you get is the gear with both hooks. Shootbolts are not part of it: the top GU-854-14551 and the bottom GU-854-14549 are separate if you want five points instead of three.
