Giesse Balcony Door Lock - 45mm Backset, 85mm to Cylinder, Deadbolt

Look at the case in the edge of your balcony door: this one throws a spring latch and a 1 inch deadbolt, with the cylinder 85mm below the lever and a 45mm backset. The latch reverses for a left or right hand door.

Push the latch in, push it out from the back of the case with a screwdriver through the round hole, turn it over and push it back in. Test the lock before you fit it.
