Atrium Single Point Swing Door Lockset with Mortise Lock and Handles

Open the door and look along its edge. If you find one faceplate about 9-5/8 inches long with a latch and a deadbolt in it, and nothing locking at the top or bottom of the door, you have a single point lock, and this kit replaces all of it on an Atrium swing door.

Everything comes in one box: the mortise lock for the door edge, the strike for the frame, both handles on their narrow plates, and a cylinder with a key outside and a thumbturn inside. You change every part at once, so you never have to match a new handle to a worn lock.

Measure the backset before you order, from the edge of the door to the center of the lever spindle. If you read anything other than 1-3/4 inches, send us a photo and we will find the lock that fits.
